Accountancy Service:

Our accounts service is there to answer any questions relating to the administration or accounting of a co-property.

Each co-property has a separate bank account and accountant that allows the co-owners (account controllers, members of the Association Council) to have a strict and tight control over the co-property expenses..

Technical services and building works:

Our professionnal techncial team is there to control all co-property buildings and its staff (concierege, security guard, doorman ...).They will also follow up on any work that is voted for the AGM and manage all cleaning of the building.

Regular visits allow our team to control the state of the building and subsequently advise owners of any eventual works and/or repairs that maybe required to maintain the property, its equipment and communal areas (maintenance contracts, upkeep of external woodwork, etc ....)
